Chair Competition Conditions of Participation

Conditions of participation for the competition of SNEAKERZH GmbH in cooperation with Chair Airlines AG

1. Organizer

The competition is organized by SNEAKERZH GmbH, [Körnerstrasse 8, 8004 Zurich, Switzerland], in cooperation with Chair Airlines AG [Flughofstrasse 57, 8152 Glattbrugg, Switzerland].

2. Eligibility

2.1 All natural persons residing in Switzerland who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate.

3. Conditions of Participation

3.1. Participation in the competition is automatic by purchasing a Chair Crew sneaker in the SNEAKERZH GmbH online shop or store.
3.2. The competition is limited to 50 participants. Participants who purchase a pair of Chair Crew sneakers automatically enter the prize draw. Only purchases made during the promotional period can be taken into account.

4th prize

4.1. The prize is 1x2 flight tickets to Palma de Mallorca, provided by Chair Airlines AG.
4.2. The flight tickets include the return flight for two people from Zurich to Palma de Mallorca and back. The exact travel dates are to be determined depending on availability and in consultation with Chair Airlines.
4.3. The prize is not transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.

5. Prize determination and notification

5.1 The winners will be drawn on [18.10.2024] in private.
5.2. The winners will be notified by email or telephone. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, a replacement winner will be drawn.

6. Data Protection

6.1. The data collected as part of the competition will be used exclusively to conduct the competition and will not be passed on to third parties.
6.2. By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to the collection and processing of his data in the context of the competition.

7. Liability

7.1. SNEAKERZH GmbH and Chair Airlines AG accept no liability for technical faults that could affect participation in the competition. 7.2. SNEAKERZH GmbH and Chair Airlines AG reserve the right to end or change the competition prematurely if there are important reasons.

8. Final provisions

8.1 Legal recourse is excluded.
8.2 Swiss law applies.
8.3 Should any provision of these Conditions of Participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
