What personal data is collected and why?

The following data is collected to process your purchase and create the customer file:

• Name (including first and last name)
• Address or gender
• address
• Telephone number
• e-mail address
• Payment details (*)
• Any additional information for processing the order, such as shoe size (depending on the situation)

I. PROCESSING OF DATA BY THE PROVIDER

1. This data is processed by the seller solely for the purpose of order processing, which also includes maintaining a customer file. This also corresponds to processing for the purpose of fulfilling the contract in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR).
   The processing and storage of data takes place exclusively in Switzerland and in any EU countries, provided that deliveries are made to these. Your data is processed in compliance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) and, where relevant, the European Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
   
   
2. When you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address will be used for our own advertising purposes until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.

According to the Federal Data Protection Act (DSG) and the European Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the customer has the right to free information about his stored data (Art. 8 DSG or Art. 15 GDPR) as well as a right to rectification (Art. 5 Para. 2 DSG or 16 GDPR). In addition, the customer can request that the data be deleted if it is no longer required to process the contract and also request that the data be blocked. III. DATA USE BY HOMEPAGE
