What personal data is collected and why?

The following data is collected to process your purchase and create the customer file:

  • Name (including first and last name)
  • Address or gender

  • Any additional information for processing the order, such as shoe size (depending on the situation)

I. PROCESSING OF DATA BY THE PROVIDER

  1. This data is processed by the seller solely for the purpose of order processing, which also includes maintaining a customer file. This also corresponds to processing for the purpose of fulfilling the contract in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR).
